Self-Help for Middle School and Teenage Kids

Trying to find self-help books for middle school kids and adolescents that they will enjoy and also find helpful can be a challenge.  Lots of sensitive issues come alive that some parents don't always feel comfortable dealing with, so a book might help.

Read these yourself first, to make sure you know what your child will be reading.  It might even spark conversation!
