Exercise for Mental Health

This book was published some years ago now - but is very important reading for parents (and teens) with anxiety, depression, ADHD and addiction.  Also with feelings of anxiety and stress.  As far as 'treatment' for mental health problems - nothing is cheaper, with so many positive 'side effects'.

John Ratey's SPARK - lays out the benefits of exercise definitively.
