Practical Suggestions for Dealing with "Distracted Children"

This book, 10 Days to a Less Distracted Child by Jeffrey Bernstein,  has some great (some might say TOO MANY!) suggestions about how to deal with 'distracted children', at home and at school.  Take away even a few suggestions and it will be worthwhile.
